Connected – The Eastwind Sensor is connected and functioning correctly
Attempting Recovery – The Eastwind Breach Analytics Cloud is trying to restart services on the system. In most cases it does. In a few cases, you’ll get a “Recovery Failed” or “Disconnected” which means that the sensor is not responding to our attempts.
Low Data Rate – means that the sensor is seeing a really low amount of data. If we’ve only seen 200 network events in the last 2 hours, we flag it as “Low Data Rate”. We don’t automatically attempt a recovery because this is generally outside of our control.
